Products in stock will be dispatched within 2-3 working days. Delivery within India will take 7-10 days approximately, unless unprecedented delays are recorded by the logistics partner. Custom and bulk orders will take 21 working days to dispatch.

All products sales are final and non-returnable, unless the wrong product was dispatched. Please note that all our products are hand-made with love so the presence of minor differences are expected in the block-printing.

Kansa and Copper products will have a natural tarnish from our workshop, please wash them with Pitambari to restore the intended shine.
